Training: Includes one hour training session five days per
week for 4 weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment, nutrition
seminar and CIA T-Shirt $350.
4-Day/week
Training: Includes one hour training session four days per
week for 4 weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment, nutrition
seminar and CIA T-Shirt $300.
3-Day/week Training: Includes one hour training session
three days per week for 4 weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment,
nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $250.
2-Day/week Training: Includes one hour training session
two days per week for 4 weeks. Includes before and after fitness assessment,
nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $175.
Express
30 Minute Training: (3-days/week):
Includes 30 minute CrossFit Training
session three days per week for 4weeks. Includes before and
after fitness assessment, nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $180.
10-Punch
Training Card: Includes one hour training session 10-day punch
card. Must be used within 3 months time and must inform instructor when
you will be attending. Includes nutrition seminar and CIA T-Shirt $225.
